What time/s can I contact the REP office?

We will be available to take calls and return text messages between 6:30am and 9:30pm, from Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours, you are more than welcome to send a text message or send an email. We will endeavour to return your communication as soon as possible (particularly on Sunday afternoons if we are covering a shift for the following Monday).

What time will REPloyees arrive at my school prior to their shift?

We strongly encourage our REPloyees to arrive at least 20 minutes before the doors are opened to the classroom. This will give them enough time to discover the staff room, toilets, clarify yard duty expectations and organise their day in the classroom. Please be mindful that due to traffic conditions, parking or other extraneous circumstances, this is not always possible.

Who should I contact if I have any questions about an upcoming shift or REPloyee?

What will REPloyees bring with them to a shift at my school?

Prior to their first commencement of a day at your school, we will send through a copy of their VIT and their completed mandatory reporting Module. We also have an extensive bank of resources online for our REPloyees to access, should they be stuck without a plan for the day and require a ‘bag of tricks’ to rely upon.

Can I request a particular REPloyee to return to our school for subsequent shifts?

Should you wish to have REP at your school on additional days, we ask that you please contact the REP office via text of email. From here, you can request your preferred employee. Whilst we endeavour to fill all requests, unfortunately at times this is not always possible.
