Established in 2021, Replacement Educators Peninsula is a boutique teacher replacement agency dedicated to supplying schools across the Mornington Peninsula with quality educators.

Founding Co-Directors Hanna Draycott and Morgan Allen are qualified Primary Educators who have spent the past decade working within Primary Schools on the Peninsula. With years of experience as both classroom teachers and as members of leadership teams, they decided that it was time for a change.

Passionate about education, Hanna and Morgan dreamt up Replacement Educators Peninsula - an agency that prides itself on the reliability of its teaching staff. Knowing full well the positive impact a great casual relief teacher (CRT) can have on a learning environment, the priority for REP has always been the quality of its ‘REPloyees’. REP's Directors work both behind the scenes and in the classroom, creating a connection between the team of educators and the school communities that REP serve.

Replacement Educators Peninsula strives to celebrate and allow for the balance between work and family as we welcome all educators from each and every stage of their teaching career.

Working closely with the schools in their care to connect the right educator with the right position, REP continues to build its network of schools and educators throughout the Peninsula.
