At Replacement Educators Peninsula, we pride ourself on providing high-quality, passionate and enthusiastic casual relief teachers to our schools.

Being a boutique agency, REP has the ability to get to know all potential educators personally. Through a thorough vetting process, including face to face interviews with all candidates, we are able to gauge the personality, communication skills and general character of all applicants.

Schools that utilise REP can be confident that the educators joining their school community have been hand-picked and represent the values of our agency. REP's Directors work both behind the scenes and in the classroom, ensuring a connection between educators and the school communities they serve.

Our employees are dedicated to the wellbeing of your students and hold a current Mandatory Reporting certification.

    Joining our REP community is completely free with no locked in contracts or commitment fees.

    We do our best to take on feedback from our schools and our staff. Whenever we can make a school request happen, we do!

    We completely understand that you may need to utilise other services in order to meet your community’s needs.

  • We pride ourselves on the personal nature of our agency. We spend time getting to know our staff, our schools and spend time within these communities in order to support everyone as best as possible. Any issues, concerns or questions once passed on to REP HQ will always be actioned (or celebrated!) immediately.

    You can use our online booking system (or linked app), send us a text or an email. We take calls and respond to messages outside of “usual” business hours, allowing you to organise your school day as soon as possible!
